Refund policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 48-hour window from the time your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
After 48 hours, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any return or exchange requests — no exceptions.
Kindly review our entire refund policy prior to completing your purchase. Your order confirms that you understand and agree to the stated terms and conditions.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags intact

It should be returned in the original packaging, along with the shipping label

You must provide your order ID, delivery date, and clear photos of the item and packaging

Items must not show any signs of wear or damage
Returns or exchanges sent without approval will be rejected and not processed
💳 What Will You Receive?
Once your return is approved and the item is picked up and received at our facility, we will issue you store credit. You can use this credit to place a fresh order of your choice.
⚠️ Please note: We no longer offer direct exchanges or replacements. All cases — even size issues — will be resolved with store credit.
🚚 What About Shipping Charges?
If you're returning or exchanging an item, ₹120 will always be deducted from your store credit to cover the reverse pickup cost.
If your order was placed as Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional ₹100 will be deducted to cover the original delivery charge (since we bear that cost upfront).
So:

Prepaid orders: ₹120 deduction (reverse shipping only)

COD orders: ₹200 deduction (₹100 original delivery + ₹100 reverse pickup)
⚠️ If you're returning or exchanging more than 2 items, the shipping deduction may increase based on the weight and volume.
We will inform you of the total deduction before processing your store credit.
No extra payment is required — it’ll be adjusted directly from the credit you receive.
🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases, we will:

Either send you a replacement for free, OR

Provide a full cash refund to your original payment method
Please share photos and a description of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom or personalized items
-
Sale/discounted products
-
Gift cards
These are final sale items.
(if the package is not delivered because customer has given us wrong address and wrong number then most of the time the delivery will face issues and if not delivered the package will be sent back to us and we will dispatch it again or issue them store credit, any cancellation because of mistake from customer’s end will not result in refund)

Once your request is approved, we’ll share pickup instructions.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred for exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
